Homeowners Services
Vetting Renters
We only accept potential renters who are verified through secure channels. When needed, we will have a personal phone conversation to understand their needs and be sure your home is the right fit.
Local Presence
We live locally allowing us quick and easy access to your home when necessary. Whether we are needed to respond to a guests’ request, a maintenance issue or a homeowner’s call, we are available to answer your needs efficiently and in a timely manner.
Emergency Services
If an issue arises during a guest's stay, we respond immediately. We will attempt to troubleshoot any questions over the phone and if they cannot be resolved we are just minutes away and will arrive with an appropriate solution to resolve any issue.
Check-In / Check Out
We pay attention to detail making sure guests’ arrival and departure are timely, efficient, and above their expectations. Guest will enter the rental to a welcome packet containing a letter of appreciation, information about the home, the area, events, and attractions. We will be sure lights are on if late arrival is expected. At check-out, a thorough walk-through to assess any accidental damage will be conducted, photographed, and recorded then shared with the homeowner prior to cleaning.
Property Management
We will coordinate cleaners, builders, plumbers, electricians, or landscapers. During the off season we are available for painting your home and providing any needed upgrades in design. We work with trustworthy and professional service providers that are reliable and honest. We become the Clerk of the Works for your home renovations or upgrades.
Marketing
We will work with you to identify the best strategy to promote your home. Our strategies include AirBnb, VRBO, print advertising, email marketing, website, social media, paid search, word of mouth, and our database of past renters.
